Dear Exhibitor: The 37th annual Health & Fitness Expo will be held in conjunction with the St. George Marathon. Last year's Expo was extremely successful with a total of 20,000+ people, including runners and family members in attendance. We are extending a special invitation to your business to join in the festivities by participating in the 2013 St. George Marathon Expo held at the Dixie Center from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on Friday, October 4, 2013.
Runner's World has designated the St. George Marathon as one of the ten most scenic, cream of the crop, fastest fall marathons in the United States. This year we expect 7,400 + runners and their families (surveys say that 2.1 people accompany each runner) to join us for our marathon celebration. We invite you to be there to welcome everyone and promote your goods, products and services.
The St. George Marathon Expo will be held at the Dixie Center at 1835 Convention Center Dr. in St. George, in conjunction with the official marathon number distribution. Seventy-eight booths are available on a first come first serve basis for you to choose from. Please fill out the registration form and return it to our office by August 1, 2013 or as soon as possible. The booth fee will be $600 on or before August 1st, a bargain which includes a 10'X10' space with two chairs, skirt, table cloth and a professionally set-up table. There will be an additional $50.00 late fee per booth after August 1st. Please note that addition services for booth space such as power, Internet Access, water etc will be charged separately by the Convention Center Staff
Cancellation: There will be a forfeit of $200 of the $600 booth fee for any vendor who cancels after their application has been approved and confirmed by the St George Marathon EXPO.
To add to the excitement of the Expo this year, we are requesting that each vendor donate a prize and/or product from their booth which will be announced over the Expo's P.A. system highlighting your booth and given away to some lucky participant.
